You will have excellent communication skills and strong initiative. Ideally, you’ll also have a solid understanding of the principles of marketing and consumer psychology, along with a desire to learn more.

About the role
As the Executive Account Manager of Megaphone Marketing, we expect you to be an advanced digital marketer with management experience. No two days will be the same, but your role will include:
- Management of a team of 4 to 8 Account Managers
- Guide your assistant in his learning
- Weekly meetings and planning for your team
- Data analysis and optimization on digital platforms
- Facebook advertising strategy
- Communicate with customers and staff
- Creation and testing of advertisements
- Continuous learning and personal development
- Monthly KPI Set
